A letter from the founder
“Skincare should not be a search. It should be a certainty.”
I used to watch my sisters spend hours — sometimes entire weekends — standing in shop aisles, turning bottles over, reading ingredients lists they half-understood, Googling brand ethics on their phones right there in the fluorescent light. Not because they were fussy. Because they genuinely could not find something they trusted.
They wanted something simple. Something honest. Something that had not been tested on an animal, did not hide behind a marketing promise, and did not cost the earth — but was still priced in a way that reflected what it actually was: a carefully made, genuinely considered product.
That search — and the frustration inside it — is what HOLLOW was built from.
The skincare world had become loud — full of promises, full of complexity, full of things that had no business being on your skin. I wanted to strip it back. Go back to what actually matters.
HOLLOW is not about chasing trends or filling shelves. It is about a small number of things done with complete conviction. Every ingredient is chosen because it earns its place. Every formula is 100% vegan and certified cruelty-free — not as a badge, but as a baseline. There is no version of HOLLOW that compromises on that. There never will be.
On pricing — I wanted HOLLOW to be honest here too. Not artificially inflated. Not discounted to feel accessible at the cost of quality. Priced as it is worth: fairly, for what it actually is. You should know that what you are paying for went into the product — not into an advertising budget or a celebrity campaign.
If you found HOLLOW because you were tired of searching — I understand. This was made for you.
